Privacy Policy

Dundas Productions understands that you may not want to share your personal data with everyone and therefore handles this information carefully. Dundas Productions complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, Dundas Productions does need your data to provide you with proper service. In this statement, we explain which data Dundas Productions collects from you and how it is used.
 

Storage of your data

Dundas Productions stores the personal data it receives from you or your employer. This includes data provided when you use our services, request a quotation, or contact Dundas Productions by phone or email. We collect and store, among others, the following personal data:

  • Name (first and last name), address details, phone number, and email address

  • Information relating to purchases, including payment details

  • Your feedback on the services provided and other information you share
     

Use of your data

Dundas Productions uses your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter

  • Conducting analyses to improve our services

  • Keeping you informed about all our products and services

  • Sending requested documents or information and responding to your questions
     

Further explanation

Dundas Productions anonymizes all personal data used for analyses. This means you cannot be identified in such analyses.

In certain cases, Dundas Productions works with external service providers. These parties may only use your data to perform tasks essential to the product or service. They are not permitted to contact you for other purposes or share your data with third parties.

Finally, Dundas Productions may be legally required by government agencies or other authorities to share your data. In such cases, only strictly necessary data will be shared.
 

Disclosure to third parties

We may provide your data to third parties when necessary to achieve the purposes described above. For example, we use third parties for:

  • Managing the Dundas Productions online environment (via Wix)

  • Managing mailing lists (via Mailchimp)

  • Providing email services (via Transip)

  • Collecting data (via Rompslomp)

  • Using Google Analytics; a data processing agreement has been signed with Google, the last octet of IP addresses is masked, and data sharing is disabled.

We never share personal data with parties with whom we have not concluded a data processing agreement. For these processors, we make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data.

Your data will not be shared with other parties unless legally required and permitted (e.g., police, tax authorities). We may also share data with third parties if you provide written consent.
 

Security and retention of your data

Dundas Productions protects your personal data against misuse and unauthorized access, using the most current security technologies available. We will retain your data for as long as legally required. To improve our services, Dundas Productions may store your data longer, but in that case, the data will be anonymized.
 

Viewing, modifying, or deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent or object to the processing of your data by Dundas Productions or its processors. You have the right to data portability — meaning you can request that your data be transmitted to you or another organization of your choice.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection can be sent to info@dundas.nl. To ensure that such requests are made by you, we ask that you provide proof of identity before processing the request. (Please black out your photo, MRZ zone, passport number, and citizen service number on the copy of your ID for privacy protection.) We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Dundas Productions uses only technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not compromise your privacy. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit our website. These cookies are essential for the proper operation and user experience of the website. They enable it to function properly and remember your preferences, allowing us to optimize our website.

You can disable cookie storage by adjusting your browser settings. You can also remove any previously stored information via your browser’s settings.
 

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how your personal data is processed, please contact us via info@dundas.nl.
