Dundas Productions understands that you may not want to share your personal data with everyone and therefore handles this information carefully. Dundas Productions complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, Dundas Productions does need your data to provide you with proper service. Your data will not be shared with other parties unless legally required and permitted (e.g., police, tax authorities). We may also share data with third parties if you provide written consent.
Security and retention of your data
Dundas Productions protects your personal data against misuse and unauthorized access, using the most current security technologies available. We will retain your data for as long as legally required. To improve our services, Dundas Productions may store your data longer, but in that case, the data will be anonymized.
Viewing, modifying, or deleting your data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent or object to the processing of your data by Dundas Productions or its processors. You have the right to data portability — meaning you can request that your data be transmitted to you or another organization of your choice.
Requests for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection can be sent to info@dundas.nl. To ensure that such requests are made by you, we ask that you provide proof of identity before processing the request. (Please black out your photo, MRZ zone, passport number, and citizen service number on the copy of your ID for privacy protection.) We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Dundas Productions uses only technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not compromise your privacy.
