The challenge
Create a striking and stylish moment to open the gala
The DNA Gala is an annual charity event, the proceeds of which go towards research into early diagnosis at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital. For the edition marking the '100 years of Antoni van Leeuwenhoek' anniversary, the client wanted to pull out all the stops to celebrate this momentous occasion. They therefore requested a particularly surprising opening moment.

The solution
Cesar Zuiderwijk teamed up with Jean Dundas on the beambox
We chose to bring together the unique duo, drum legend Cesar Zuiderwijk and showmanJean Dundas, in a single opening show that would immediately bring the house down and set the tone for the entire charity evening.
